طلب تأشيرة للجزائر

I.  الأحكام العامة

1.  الالتزامات المتعلقة بالتأشيرة

• يُلزم المواطنون السويديون والأيسلنديون، وكذلك الأجانب المقيمون قانونيًا في السويد أو إيسلندا، بالحصول على تأشيرة دخول قبل أي إقامة في الجزائر. يجب إيداع الطلب حصريًا لدى سفارة الجزائر في ستوكهولم.
• يجب أن يحتوي ملف طلب التأشيرة على جميع الوثائق المطلوبة ورقيًا فقط.
  يُرفض تلقائيًا أي ملف ناقص أو غير مطابق.

  2.  إيداع الملفات والدفع

2.1   إيداع الملفات ودفع الرسوم

يتم إيداع الملفات ودفع رسوم التأشيرة حصريًا في السفارة من طرف طالب التأشيرة.

في حالات استثنائية، خاصةً:

• المقيمون خارج منطقة ستوكهولم
• الأشخاص غير القادرين على التنقل لأسباب صحية

يمكن للمتقدم:

• تفويض شخص موثوق،
• أو وكالة معتمدة،
• أو إرسال الملف عبر البريد وفق تعليمات السفارة.

وتحتفظ السفارة بحق مطالبة مقدم الطلب بالحضور الشخصي عند الضرورة.

3.  استلام التأشيرات

يتم استلام التأشيرات:

• شخصيًا، أو
• عبر البريد المضمون للمتقدمين المقيمين خارج ستوكهولم أو غير القادرين على التنقل.

رسوم البريد:

• 90 كرونة سويدية (من السويد)
• 130 كرونة سويدية (من إيسلندا)

II.  تكوين ملف طلب التأشيرة

• يجب على المتقدم إعداد الوثائق حسب نوع التأشيرة (سياحية، عائلية، أعمال، ثقافية، عمل…).
• يجب التأكد من توفر صور شخصية وطباعة جميع الوثائق بشكل واضح قبل القدوم إلى السفارة.
• دفع الرسوم

2.  مدة معالجة الطلب

يستغرق معالجة طلبات التأشيرة 14 يومًا على الأقل.
قد تطول المدة في بعض الحالات، ولا يضمن انتهاء المدة منح التأشيرة.

3.  رسوم التأشيرة

تختلف الحقوق القنصلية حسب نوع التأشيرة وجنسية المتقدم.
يُقبل الدفع عبر البطاقة البنكية فقط.
الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترجاع في حال الرفض أو الإلغاء.

للمواطنين السويديين ومواطني الاتحاد الأوروبي:

• إقامة أكثر من 90 يومًا: 1125 SEK
• إقامة 90 يومًا أو أقل (البالغون): 957 SEK
• الأطفال من 6 إلى 12 سنة: 477 SEK
• الأطفال أقل من 6 سنوات: مجانًا

• إثبات جنسية الزوج الجزائري (بطاقة قنصلية / جواز بيومتري / بطاقة تعريف بيومترية)
• نسخة من عقد الزواج الجزائري أو الدفتر العائلي

إذا كان الزواج بالخارج وغير مسجل: تقديم نسخة كاملة من عقد الزواج (Vigselbevis)

2.  صلة عائلية بمواطن جزائري

• شهادة إيواء مصادق عليها من البلدية
• نسخة من عقد الزواج أو الدفتر العائلي

3.  إذا لم يكن المتقدم مسجلاً قنصليًا

• شهادة إيواء أقل من 3 أشهر مصادق عليها من البلدية
• نسخة من الدفتر العائلي
• نسخة من بطاقة هوية المضيف
• بالنسبة للقُصّر: إذن الأبويْن عند عدم مرافقة أحدهما

B.  التأشيرة السياحية

VISA APPLICATION FOR ALGERIA

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Visa Requirements

• Swedish and Icelandic nationals, as well as foreign nationals legally residing in Sweden or Iceland, are required to obtain an entry visa prior to any stay in Algeria.
• Visa applications must be submitted exclusively to the Embassy of Algeria in Stockholm.
• The visa application file must include all required documents in paper format only.
  Any incomplete or non-compliant application will be automatically rejected.

2. Submission of Applications and Payment

2.1 Submission and Payment

Applications and visa fees must be submitted in person at the Embassy by the applicant.

In exceptional cases, such as:

• Persons residing outside the Stockholm region
• Persons unable to travel for health reasons

It is possible to:

• Appoint a trusted representative,
• Use an approved agency,
• Or send the file by postal mail, in accordance with the Embassy’s instructions.

The Embassy reserves the right to require the applicant’s physical presence whenever deemed necessary.

3. Collection of Visas

Visas may be collected:

• In person, or
• By registered mail for applicants residing outside the Stockholm region or unable to travel.

Postal fees:

• 90 SEK (within Sweden)
• 130 SEK (from Iceland)

II. VISA APPLICATION FILE

• Applicants must prepare all required documents according to the type of visa requested (tourist, family, business, cultural, medical, work, temporary work, etc.).
• Applicants must ensure they have passport photos and printed copies of all required documents (clearly readable) before coming to the Embassy.

2. Processing Time

The average processing time for visa applications is a minimum of 14 days.
Processing may take longer in some cases, and reaching the end of this period does not guarantee visa issuance.

3. Visa Fees

Visa applications are subject to consular fees, determined by the duration of the visa and the applicant’s nationality.
Only card payments are accepted.
Fees are non-refundable, even in cases of visa refusal or cancellation by the applicant.

For Swedish nationals and EU citizens:

• Stay > 90 days: 1125 SEK
• Stay ≤ 90 days (adults): 957 SEK
• Children aged 6–12: 477 SEK
• Children under 6: Free

• If the marriage was celebrated abroad and not transcribed: a full copy of the marriage certificate (not an extract)

2. Family Relationship with an Algerian National

• Accommodation certificate in Algeria, certified by the local municipality
• Copy of marriage certificate or family record book

3. If Not Registered with a Consulate

• Accommodation certificate (< 3 months), certified by the local APC
• Copy of family record book
• Copy of host’s ID
• Minors: parental authorization if not accompanied by both parents

B. TOURIST VISA

• Passport valid for at least 6 months after submission
